Ashley Arnold, LCSW
About Ashley Arnold
I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), prenatal and postpartum therapies, child/adolescent and family therapy, as well as medical trauma therapy. With a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and extensive training across diverse clinical settings, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that meets clients where they are.
I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a master’s degree in social work, and have had the privilege of working with individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect, with the goal of helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and find healing.
I am an East Tennessee native but now call the Inner Sunset in San Francisco home sweet home with my husband, daughter, dog Rufus, and two cats. I enjoy building community and can often be found outdoors in the parks spending time with family and friends.
