Prenatal Care

Our prenatal care is designed to support both the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy while preparing you for birth with confidence and clarity. During clinic visits, we focus on labor preparation, nutrition, informed decision-making, and individualized education so you feel empowered throughout your pregnancy.

• All prenatal care visits (typically 10–12 prenatal clinic visits, with additional visits as needed)
• Blood draws, lab work, and genetic testing
• Position-check ultrasounds
• Monitoring of belly growth and baby’s heart rate
• Antenatal testing as indicated
• Unlimited email, text, and phone support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
• Prenatal Lactation Prep and Postpartum Prep & Infant CPR workshop class included

Labor & Birth at Home

Your birth will be supported by your primary midwife and a skilled midwife assistant, offering continuous presence, attentive monitoring, and calm guidance. We center your preferences while prioritizing safety and clear communication. Following birth, we support the immediate postpartum transition with newborn exams, feeding guidance, and care for the whole family in your home. Postpartum Care

Our postpartum care focuses on recovery, adjustment, and ongoing support as you transition into parenthood.

• 5 postpartum home visits (3 within the first week of life, 2 weeks, and six weeks) 
• One in-home postpartum massage at around 4 weeks postpartum
• 8-session New Parents Group included

Integrated Birth Support – $3,500 (+ birth support)*

A holistic option for families planning hospital births who want continuity, education, and extended postpartum care.

This package integrates midwife-led education, experienced doula support, and postpartum follow-up to provide continuity from pregnancy through the early newborn period.

Prenatal Support & Education

• Three private prenatal meetings with your midwife
• Childbirth Education Class (mindfulness-based, evidence-informed, hospital-birth focused)
• Lactation Preparation Class
• Postpartum Preparation Class including newborn care and infant CPR

Doula Birth Support

• Two prenatal visits to explore preferences and prepare for labor
• Continuous in-person labor and birth support from an experienced doula
• One postpartum doula visit at home
• Note: Birth support cost is variable and depends on which doula you choose/what insurance options you have available for birth support. 

Postpartum & Lactation Care

• Five in-home visits with a midwife/IBCLC:
  
  • 3 visits in the first 7–10 days
  • 1 visit around 3 weeks
  • 1 visit at 6 weeks
• Ongoing text and phone support for the first 3 months
• One in-home postpartum massage
• 8-session New Parents Group included
• Access to our private digital resource library

Billing & Benefits:
Many families can use doula benefits (such as Carrot). Most PPO insurance plans reimburse for lactation care. HSA and FSA payments are accepted.

Full Postpartum Care & Lactation Services – $2,800*

Comprehensive recovery and feeding support for families after birth.

This package focuses on healing, infant feeding, and family adjustment during the early postpartum months.

• Prenatal Preparation Visit: A personalized session during pregnancy to meet your provider and plan for postpartum recovery and infant care
• Postpartum & Lactation Care: Five total visits supporting both birthing parent and baby, including:
  
  • Assessment of healing and recovery
  • Newborn wellness checks and weight monitoring
  • Birth story processing and emotional support
  • Sleep guidance, womb healing, and pelvic floor support
  • Lactation care for latch issues, nipple pain, supply concerns, tongue/lip ties, pumping, bottle introduction, mastitis, and return-to-work planning
• Unlimited email, text, and phone support for up to three months
• Prenatal Lactation Prep class and Postpartum Workshop with Infant Care & Infant CPR
• One in-home postpartum massage
• 8-session New Parents Group included
