To Use Insurance for Out-of-Network Reimbursement
In order to use your PPO insurance for a lactation visit, we’ll provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement. We do not contract directly with insurance companies.

Please note that home visits outside of San Francisco are subject to a $25 per visit travel fee.
